Join us for refreshments and a lively discussion on generating wealth through real estate. Last month’s event with the Black Ivy Alumni Leaugue was well attended, lots of fun, and very informative. This month’s meeting will feature Paul Gellert, an NYU instructor, who will talk about methods you can use right now to quickly determine the potential profit on a given deal. The Ivy Small Property Network is a new real estate/investment education club for Ivy Alumni and their friends. So bring a friend and come through to see old classmates, meet experienced investors and join others just getting in to the game.
